If interested please send updated resume along with contact details at *siddha...@idctechnologies.com <siddha...@idctechnologies.com>* , feel free to contact me on 408-457-9381 Ext. 4069.. *Role: Performance Analyst* *Location:** Austin, TX* *Duration:** 12+ months* The Program Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting the Program Performance Team in the following competency areas: - Performance Measurement - Workflow Management - Project Management - Enterprise Support - Process Quality Management - Training Performance and Support Responsibilities: - Execute SOPs - The Program Performance Analyst is responsible for the following areas on all assigned SOPs: Process Documentation Delivery Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement - Execute Initiatives/Goals - The Program Performance Analyst will be responsible for delivering all assigned initiatives and appropriate documentation according to schedule. - In addition, the Program Performance Analyst is responsible for understanding the following areas on all assigned initiatives and/or goals: Prioritization Scope Executive Sponsorship - Address Adhoc Requests The Program Performance Analyst will respond to all ad-hoc requests in a timely matter. These requests will fall into one of the six competency areas.
