· Responsible for code management and utilization of code
management software.
· Responsible for understanding and utilizing tools such as
Rational Rose, Eclipse, Clearcase, and memory/performance analysis tools
(like NetBeans).
· Diverse experience utilizing a wide array of Java tools in
business, Web, and client-server environments including Java J2EE, Spring,
MVC, Web Services, etc
· Experience with JUnit, Splunk, JSON and XML is a big plus
· Expertise in Object Oriented analysis and design, In depth
understanding of classic design patterns and J2EE patterns
· Experience writing web services utilizing Endeca.
· Experience maintianing Endeca application pipelines.
· Familiarity with continuous integration process, highly desired.
· Comfortable designing and developing Object Oriented, multi-tier
applications in a complex architectural landscape.
· Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more
than 5 people, longer than 6 months)
· Experience, interest and adaptability to working in an Agile
delivery environment
· Successful track record collaborating with product owners,
architects, product managers and business subject matter experts to ensure
delivered solutions optimally support the achievement of business outcomes
· Experience reviewing code, adhering to standards and operating
procedures.
*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or equivalent and 6+ years
tech exp or business exp that includes working closely with IT.
