The Testing Lead is responsible for assisting the Testing Project Manager to plan, organize, direct and control the testing activities for the project. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the full-lifecycle of testing including; unit, integration, system, user acceptance testing and regression testing and the different goals of each testing phase and the techniques used. They should have knowledge of best practices in software testing and should have knowledge and experience performing software testing for large enterprise systems following a structured SDLC. Qualifications: · Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; · Three or more years of experience in a Testing role.
