This role requires excellent customer service skills and expertise in resolving technical issues that are not able to be resolved at the first level of support. This position also requires the individual to act as a customer advocate and liaison at all times as well as mentor first level Customer Service representatives. *Essential Functions:* - Act as a customer advocate at all times including during the assignment and follow up of requests for network administration and support. - Resolve escalated support calls and customer issues not resolved at the first level of customer service support. - Provide complex security access and changes for all servers including requests for creation or modification of groups and directories or other file access issues that cannot be handled at the first level of support. - Provide support and daily administration for various server operating systems - Produce security reports, metrics and analysis as necessary to meet corporate security and audit requirements and to support internal management requests. - Ensure the server and network environments are secure in accordance with corporate security guidelines and directives. - Assist with Network troubleshooting and diagnostics - Ability and willingness to work on-call responsibilities, including nights and weekends - Participate in internal and external audits and produce audit documentation and reports as necessary. - Design, implement and maintain network software installation packages and scripting. - Design, implement, modify and optimize network login scripts as required to meet client requirements. - Adhere to defined service level agreements - Ability to lead small scale network projects.
