*Job Title: Websphere Consultant Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 6 Months **Rate: $50/hr on C2C * We are looking for an integration analyst with good development experience on WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus. The candidate must have good communication and client facing skills. SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. If the bachelor's degree is in any other field, equivalent work experience is required. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. The skills required are Object Oriented Programming, Java/J2EE architecture, WebSphere brands of technologies specifically, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Integration Developer, WESB and WebSphere MQ. In depth experience in creating and developing SOAP, XML, Web Services based Service Oriented Architectures. Candidate should have the ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to a variety of projects and have demonstrated ability to work with different sets of technology platforms and integrate different applications. Should be able to conduct a detailed root cause analysis and surface core issues. Experience in creating best practices and development of integration pattern using Business Process Management tools and technologies is a plus. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, will be essential to allow the candidate to interact with numerous groups, both internal and external, to comprehend what type of integration solution is needed and communicate that effectively to all parties involved.
