As a Business Analyst you will connect with asset management stakeholders
and product owners to understand business and product requirements,
responsible for analyzing the business needs, and translating those needs
into units of work that the agile software development team can deliver as
working software.

*Essential Functions/Responsibilities:*

· Work with product manager and product owner to manage product
backlog for agile software development teams (This includes writing
Acceptance Criteria in a Given… When… Then… (GWT) format and working with
UX to deliver UI information)
· Multiple years of experience as Scrum Master
· Work directly with developers to make ensure the software meets
the product requirements and business requirements.
· Represent product manager and product owner in facilitating
backlog reviews and scope estimation with the engineering team
· Support agile software development team with scope considerations
throughout the development cycle
· Support the Product Manager to develop future product roadmap and
drive improvements to product vision
· Maintain leading edge understanding of technologies and industry
trends relevant to the application, via training, webinars, on-line
journals, Trade Shows and User Groups
· Support the business to provide expert technical knowledge on key
customer bids/projects and issue resolution
· Drive process definition and improvement for the business analyst
role and work with Scrum Master with improving overall agile development
· Work with product manager and product owner to ensure the product
feature sets and technical implementation is in alignment with business
goals and requirements Qualifications/Requirements

*Qualification / Requirements*

· Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional work
experience (or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant
experience in Business, Software, Computer Science or related field) or
ITLP graduate
· Minimum of 3 years of high-tech industry work experience
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing commercial
software in an agile environment or ITLP graduate

*Desired Skills*

· Software industry experience in product software companies
· MBA from a reputable institution
· Strong analytical and product management skills required,
including a thorough understanding of the software business, ability to
understand market needs and translate into requirements
· Experience and demonstrated success in running or managing
independent business or technology projects
· Consulting experience related to software industry
· Demonstrated excellent verbal and written presentation and
communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
· Self-starter, able to acquire new domain knowledge quickly and to
adapt to different stakeholder styles in a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytical skills to apply business system analysis tools
to diverse domain and problems and to abstract high-level commonalities and
learning across businesses
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand the 'big
picture'
· Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner

*Role :*

Technical Product Manager, OGDF will own the overall engineering vision,
strategy, execution of the OGDF software solution platform, and drive the
adoption of OGDF across the Product Company solutions. This role will
interact closely with various internal stakeholders to drive long term
roadmap and adoption for the platform.

*Essential Responsibilities*

In addition you will:
· Work with Product Leadership Team to translate the Business
vision into long term strategies & roadmap
· Support Definition and evolve the software architecture to
support the long term product vision
· Manage new technology implementations and/or technical
architecture projects for the long-term needs or for risk mitigations
· Define the functional execution strategy, and oversee execution,
integration and deployment of end user features in conjunction with
technical architecture and non-functional requirements
· Work with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to define
the overall scope of their work and define the Quality metrics needed to
monitor the performance of the ongoing work
· Define the nonfunctional requirements associated with the systems
working closely with technical leadership
· Drive testable feature design and automation strategy across the
solutions
· Act as the Agile product owner for ongoing development sprints
prioritizing features to be developed based on technical competency and end
user value metrics
· Work directly with defined end users to align prioritized
features for Agile development
· Communicate business objectives and priorities for near term and
long term to technical execution teams by leveraging technical experience

*Qualifications/Requirements*

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical /
Computer Science or Information Technology)
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Architecture design
