*Job Description:*

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
required

· At least 5+ years of experience in data modeling (conceptual,
logical and physical) required

· Experience with SQL Server

· Experience in data warehouse development preferred

· Banking / Financial Industry Experience a Plus (but not required)



*Desired Experience:*

· 5+ years of experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical and
physical)

· Strong SQL Server 2013 experience

· Erwin data modeling software

· Expert knowledge of data normalization and denormalization

· Expert knowledge of data mapping and data dictionaries

· Relational database modeling concepts and practices

· Communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment

· Critical listening and thinking skills

· Decision making/problem solving skills

· Excellent customer service skills

*Oaks, PA (LOCALS)*

*6 Month Contract to Hire *

*GC or USC*



*Technical Skills/Experience Required:*

· 7-10 years of proven experience as a Data Modeler

· Strong knowledge and experience in a Microsoft environment

· Robust hands-on experience using ER/Studio as a database design
solution

· Strong understanding using SQL Server 2014 as a back-end tool

· Skilled at understanding E*nterprise* *Data Warehouse* (*EDW*)
for reporting, *data* analysis and BI

· Agile experience

· Industry Experience:  Previous experience working in the
Finance/Banking or Insurance industries is a major plus



*Education and Additional Qualifications:*

· B.S/M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related
technical discipline

· 7 – 10 total years in IT field is required

· Minimum 5 years of experience gathering business requirements,
working with SQL Server Databases, and data management, data mapping, and
data analytics

· Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and overall communication
skills

· Lead meetings with technical peers regarding the requirements
definition

· Communicate effectively with business, vendor, and project
management staff

· Participates in ongoing decisions regarding study design, data
collection, data analysis, and methodology

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed

· Candidates must be willing to work in an Open-Concept Work
Environment/Floor Plan
