Position:*Java Architect* Location:*NJ* Duration:*12 Months+* Job Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst/Developer. You should have a strong Java J2EE and database development background with experience encompassing the full software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, design, architecture, implementation and support for software solutions in IT. You must have solid oral and written communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable in a technical leadership role in a geographically divers environment.Principal Responsibilities Architecture/design. The person will need to have a deep technical understanding, having spent a significant portion of their career in a coding role. Analysis. The person will work with senior managers to help define their business practices and suggest solutions that improve efficiency. Initiative/Ownership. The person must be self-motivated, moving the project forward against any obstacles along the way. Communication. The person will need to influence and motivate people of various interests and seniority levels. He/she needs to show past experience in utilizing various influence skills.
