Support the City of San Diego P2P processes by managing Ariba Cloud system test activities to include unit, integration, and user acceptance testing in an agile environment Provide the City of San Diego P2P formal documentation including project test plans, test scenarios, test scripts and reports Provide Defect management and reporting with the ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution (Experience on defect life cycles) Manage Ariba Cloud system training activities to include training plan, work instructions, eLearning videos, Power Point Presentations, and conduct classroom instruction Experience with standard Purchase-to-Pay best practices and methodologies Experience with testing/training using Ariba Cloud solutions which include Procure-to-Order, Contract Management Pro, Supply Information Performance Management, and Sourcing Experience with SAP ECC Material Management modules Experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management required Experience with Ancile uPerform training software content. Public Sector Experience with Municipal preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to properly communicate and document findings, proposals, solutions and analyses as developed.
