*Enterprise Messaging Mobility Administrator*

*Location: Chandler, AZ  85224 (also open to Des Moines, IA or Charlotte,
NC or Minneapolis, MN), *

*Duration: 10 months*

*Bill Rate: $30/h*



*Must be local to AZ, IA, NC and MN*



Our Bank client is searching for a Mobility Administrator to join their
Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Service Team. The ideal candidate will
have Level 3 experience and detailed knowledge of Enterprise Mobility
applications, including Blackberry and/or Good for Enterprise, *Tangoe MDM,
Boxtone*, Exchange 2010, along with documentation and customer service
skills.



*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *

·         2+ years’ experience in supporting a scalable, mission critical,
enterprise Level 3 Enterprise Messaging environment

·         2+ years’ experience supporting back end Mobility server
applications, Blackberry or Good for Enterprise.

·         Troubleshooting experience

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the
ability to write effective Operations support documentation.

·         Prior 24x7 support experience

·         Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business
and technical organizations, including management



*PREFERRED SKILLS: *

·         Experience with *Mobility monitoring and management tools (i.e.
Boxtone, Tangoe MDM)*

·         Experience with Exchange server 2010

·         Experience with Mobility application version upgrades and
migrations

·         Experience working with Windows OS, IIS, SQL, and clustering
technologies

·         Regulatory Concepts and experience

·         Experience writing Operations support documentation

·         Experience working in a large corporate environment (>50,000
users) where the team member must follow corporate policies regarding
security, audit, and change control processes

·         Disaster Recovery Procedures and Support

·         Basic Project Management

·         Capacity /Planning understanding

·         Monitoring tools (i.e. MOM, SCOM)
