Lead Salesforce Developer
Boca Raton, FL

Salesforce.com (SFDC) applications within our Service Cloud implementation.
In addition, this position will provide design guidance to project team
members to help understand the technical capabilities of Salesforce, as
well as participate in Salesforce Administration tasks as necessary.
· Participate in and contribute to all phases of SDLC
· Understand business requirements and translate these into
technical solutions
· Participate in daily scrums; work with project manager, scrum
master, business analyst and quality assurance on issues, timelines, and
priorities
· Undertake R and prototyping activities which could benefit the
business
· Provide development specifications and support team of developers
or partners in delivering solutions
· Design and build web & mobile interfaces on the force .com
platform using Visualforce, Apex and other available tools
· Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to
support the application build
· Other duties assigned by management.
*Requirements:*
· 9+ years of experience in software development and design of
fairly complex applications
· Bachelor's in computer science or related field required
· Hands-on experience delivering custom SFDC solutions
· Working knowledge of one or more key solution technologies
including Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Canvas, and integration
· A solid understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
· Knowledge of standard SFDC configurations and SFDC admin tools
· Experience delivering solutions using industry standard SDLC
methodologies
· Fundamental understanding of object-oriented concepts and design
patterns
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Preferred:*
· Demonstrated experience of unit, integration, and end-to-end
system testing and performance tuning of application
· Database experience with Oracle, SQL Server
· ETL/Integration experience with Informatica, Tibco, and other
connectors and / or similar tools.
· Salesforce certifications.
