*Job Title :** SOA Architect* Location : Woodland Hills, CA Duration :6+months *Job Title* : SOA Architect *Relevant Experience (Yrs) * : - 10+ Years *Technical/Functional Skills * : · SOA · P&C Insurance domain knowledge *Experience Required* - SOA Architect with prior experience in designing and architecting SOA services with ESB technologies (Oracle ESB, IBM data power, other ESB products). - Design/Modeling skills using OSB and DP technologies - Experience with industry models - building - SOA/integration solution design documents, impact assessment documents, and - Guiding designers/developers on the team, and carrying out assessments / reviews with IBM, Oracle. - Auto or Home Insurance industry background is preferred - B2B / Gentran experience is preferred *Roles & Responsibilities* : - Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using SOA technologies - Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams - Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the SOA Architecture and all SOA design and implementation features - Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk *Generic Managerial/Soft Skills* : · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Successful teamwork experience · Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements - Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies *Education * : - BS/MS degree in Engineering / Computer Science.
