They're functioning just fine but they want to make them modern and user friends. These portals are used by authors, their sales tam, client services people, editorial folks etc. They need a BA that has experience can come in and interview these business customers to gather the requirements and create the document/story of what each portal will look like. He said that why the B2B and B2C interface design experience would be great because that knowledge would help with this project.
