We are looking for someone to take a leadership role as a PM supporting our
HR Group.

The candidate should understand the HR ecosystem which is quite complex and
includes payroll partners, benefit providers (health and financial), tax
and compliance authorities.



*Job Duties:*

   - Perform business analysis functions like capturing business
   requirements and process documentation and mapping.
   - Perform a high level map and gap exercise of the current and acquired
   organization which would drive deeper discussion and integration planning
   towards a schedule.

*Requirements:*

   -
   - Must have Success Factors Implementation and Worked on other HR
   Projects
   - The individual should understand the functions within HR and payroll
   which includes things like, salary planning, performance management,
   benefits administration, recruiting, etc.
   - A strong presence with management with good presentation skills  is
   required.
   - 5+ years’ experience with Business Analysis - Requirements Gathering
   - 5+ years of Project Management experience
   - Must have experience and knowledge of  HR Processes including payroll,
   benefits, recruiting, tax and compliance, HR process and benefits
   standardization across companies
