Our client is seeking an Application Developer in Wilmington, DE. This
position should typically be used for a mid-level, more seasoned, fully
proficient resource. Duties: Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests,
debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements.
Proficient in application development for a specific technology. Senior
Business Intelligence developer/analyst will be responsible for designing
and developing reports analytics for the delivery of business
intelligence(BI) solutions for operational and analytical reporting for
Card Services. Primary responsibilities will include design and development
of framework management models, dashboards, Visualizations, Cubes and
reports utilizing Cognos 10 BI suite. Individual will assist with analysis
of reports and determining best fit within existing systems. Individual
should be able to understand/recommend the end to end solution including
the architecture aspects.

* Five plus years of experience in Design and Development using Cognos BI
Suite
* Proficient with Design and Development of Dashboards, Visualizations,
Cubes and Reports using Cognos 10 BI Suite
* Experience in Designing and Creating complex framework manager models
* Performance Tuning, Distribution Management and Scheduling Experience
* Experience creating WEBI reports, Universes and Dashboards using Business
Objects XI 3.1/4.1 would be a plus
* 5 plus years of experience with Relational databases specifically
Teradata, Oracle and SQL Server
* Experience in Unix, shell scripting and PL/SQL * Proficient in database
design - data modeling concepts, start schema etc
* Experience in ETL tool/technologies - AbInitio, Informatica scheduling
tool would be plus
* Team player, good communication skills, can work independently with
little supervision
* Experience working with Remote Teams
