-Solid Experience with “loosely-coupled” SOA architecture components including Enterprise Service Bus, Service Registry and Service Repository based architectures. Knowledge of service composition and orchestrations using ESB, BPEL and workflow components.
-Solid experience implementing Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and overall expertise in design and architecture of Service Oriented Solutions.
Specific activities include:
-Designing and developing enterprise foundational services such as Identity and Access Management, Workflow, Logging (Router layer), Messaging (Enterprise Service Bus - ESB), Enterprise Correspondence Management, Enterprise Data Access Layer (DAL).
- Designing various services (web services, Service Component Architecture (SCA), etc) and working with development teams to establish patterns for composite application development.
-Use of IBM’s Business Process design and development tools: WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM), WebSphere Process Server (WPS), WebSphere Integration Developer (WID).
-Designing and developing J2EE applications including the generation of Service Models, Service Classification Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams
-Using IBM’s ESB tools such as WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) and WebSphere ESB for message flow routing and enterprise application and service integration.
-Using SOA Backplane technologies such as IBM DataPower and/or SOA Software Network Director, Policy Manager and Repository Manager to manage Service Repository facilities for service end-point lookup and service contract lifecycle management.
-Strong communication skills to work closely with System and Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and IT managers and Project Managers.
-Hands-on ability provisioning and integrating services using Enterprise Service Bus using a middleware SOA Platform like JBoss SOA Platform, Oracle SOA platform, etc.
-Ability to leverage ESB for service composition, mediation, routing and other cross-cutting concerns •Real world implementation experience with Web Services, REST, WS-I compliance, WS-* standards, WS-Security standards, XML Schema authorizing, XPath, XQuery. Real world experience with messaging (JMS, MQ, Active MQ, etc.)
-Experience with portal products like JBoss Enterprise Portal Platform, Oracle Web Center or equivalent desirable. Ability to architect flexible and extensible Web UI
-Experience with JBoss SOA- Platform and its components (JBoss ESB, Drools Rules Engine, jBPM) a huge plus.
-Experience with no-SQL, non-relational or Big Data type database environments a huge plus.
-Implementing Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and overall expertise in design and architecture of Service Oriented Solutions.
-Gathering high level business requirements and translating these into solid low level design documents according to best practices for IBM WebSphere Message BrokerIntegration Bus
-Communicating with not only key stakeholders and business analysts, but also technical team members and developers and other project management resources.
-Working with a variety of transport mechanisms and source specifications including XML, XSD, XSLT, JMS and MQ.
-5 – 7 years’ experience in designing and developing complex integration projects using ESQL with WebSphere Message Broker
-Experience in a broad variety of integration techniques, patterns, tools and methodologies
-Broad experience in web services, XML, XSD, JMS, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability
