• 3+ years working in Financial Systems with a minimum of 2 years working knowledge of the Oracle Financial Services Application - OFSAA (PL/SQL scripting, Data Modeling, Data Loading and Extracting), preferably in the Financial Services Sector.
• Ability to team with business units and hardware engineers to deliver solutions for customers.
• Experience designing integration solutions around OFSAA including both Data and Metadata.
• Rapid solution development capabilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Designing and building complex fully integrated data solutions around OFSAA, including moving data from source systems into OFSAA and moving data back out.
• Defining data staging solutions and supporting the configuration of Business rules.
• Manage and/or create project and application artifacts for ongoing development and support
• Develop detailed project management activities as input into overall project plan for delivery of specific components of projects and continuous development work
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience implementing integrated solutions into and out of OFSAA applications.
• Experience with requirements gathering and rapid solution development.
• Experience tuning and troubleshooting high volume Database processes
• Minimum of 2 years working knowledge of OFSAA
• Ability to team with business units and hardware engineers to deliver solutions for customers.

· Provides direction in the development and maintenance of application programs as well as participates in various phases of the development cycle. Ensures development adheres to performance optimization, interoperability standards and requirements, and compliance with IT governance.
Additional Duties:
-Provides high level of ERP financial application package software technical expertise and direction to projects while still maintaining hands on independent individual contributor role.
-Provides detailed technical program specifications and leads testing of design and code for the most complex application program development, generates requirements and analysis/design documentation for all project work, and develops technical plan for interface with new systems to ensure compliance with IT governance.
-Meets applicable project schedules while ensuring overall application system integrity. Leads/mentors less experienced staff or projects.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodology, Middleware application development (such as WebSphere, MQ) and demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
-Ability to generate requirements and documentation for solutions and proficient in generating test data to debug most complex programs within integrated business applications across a variety of environments.
-Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to team members, management and/or vendors.
