Deliver Sound Business Process/Functional Analysis for Supported Systems: • Serve as functional SME on initiatives related to the systems supported within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including IT Projects, New Product Development, and other cross-functional work. • Work with stakeholders across the organization to effectively communicate changes in process due to system enhancements, upgrades, or other new projects. • Leverage expertise of business systems to evaluate and document business process, and provide recommendations on improvements based on business needs/requirements. Partner with IT on system enhancements. • Develop system documentation related to all upgrades, enhancements, changes, or projects. Support Customer Processes System Maintenance Through Excellent Customer Service: • Support and participate in reporting and capacity planning and reporting tools used by the team. • Collaborate with business units to resolve business process problems • Participate in the auditing, design, testing and maintenance of reports. • Accountable for production systems configurations and related documentation. • Develop, implement and maintain processes to provide ongoing service and support to system users.
