| Duties & Responsibilites : | Required Experience
- 4-8 Years in a Scrum role
- Agile experience, Rally is a must-have
- Candidate does not need a technical background, if the candidate has software development or web development experience, that would help but not required
- Priority will be to facilitate for the team, set meetings, etc.
- Looking for a Scrum Master who understands the purpose behind the Scrum methodology, doesn’t just follow the manual.
- Looking for someone organized, detail oriented
- Enterprise level experience
- Needs someone who is metric driven.
- Needs someone with the servant leader attitude (Shannon – do you have the checklist?)
- Has found strong scrum masters from software companies (not required)
- Looking for enterprise level experience. Prefers experience with SAFe – Scaled Agile framework.
- Process for implementing agile processes at an enterprise level.
REQUIRED SKILS:
-ScrumMaster

-Ability to lead Scrum teams in mature Scrum organization.
