-This candidate is responsible for full development life cycle support of MS Dynamics CRM platforms for a leading healthcare organization. 
-The candidate will join the Enterprise Application Team to support Microsoft Dynamics for existing and new applications across the organization.
-The candidate should have a technical background in MS Dynamics CRM integration technologies and approaches. 
-They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with business stakeholders and business analysts to understand the needs of the business and to translate those needs into technical solutions.
-Application Development. 
-Translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
-Proposing application architecture, integration approach and coding.
-Application Integration. 
-Working with development team in design, development and support of custom integration solutions using C#, VB.NET, SQL, ASP.NET. 
-Solutions include development of custom applications, extending functionality of MS Dynamics CRM product using API’s/SDK and/or custom database development.
-Solution Implementation. Support activities related to the implementation and upgrade of enterprise applications, including installation, configuration, and deployment.
-QA/QC. Oversight of application quality for the applications team, including support for Testing, and holding Design and Code Reviews.
-Application Support. 
-Provide exceptional support to end-users and guide application support team. 
-Assist with root cause analysis, and coordinate defect tracking and resolution of issues with application vendors.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
-Minimum four years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM with good exposures in area such as Customization, Application Configuration, Plugins/Work flow and IFD configuration, Mobile and Outlook Configuration. Experience on Dynamics CRM problem diagnostic, debugging and troubleshooting techniques. 
-Experience in loading large amount of data into system using in built or external tool is must. 
-Experience on latest version of MS Dynamics CRM – CRM 2011 and with CRM online is a must.
-Minimum six years of experience in MS SQL Server development. Proficient with stored procedures, event triggers, SQL queries and optimization standards.
-Minimum six years of experience in developing applications using C# or VB.NET.
-Minimum six years of experience in common Microsoft and standards based technologies, including C#, VB.NET, SQL, AD, XML, HTML, _javascript_, and Active Server Pages.
-Minimum four years of experience in developing reports using SSRS. Working knowledge of SSIS.
-1-3 years hands on experience with AJAX, modern _javascript_ libraries like JQuery, prototype etc…
-knowledge of integration platforms/systems like MSMQ, IBM MQ, OSB etc. 
-Excellent problem solving, data analysis and analytical/technical troubleshooting skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills. 
-Excellent customer service skills, effective in oral and written communications particularly in documenting work and communicating technical information to non-technical users. 
-Professional, organized, and flexible; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to multi-task, to work in a team environment, to respond to project needs, to work under deadlines, and to work independently. 
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field or equivalent experience.
