*Position : Lead WebSphere Developer * *Location : Melville, NY* *Duration : 6+ Months F2F Interview only* * Job Description* • This position is critical for their team as it is replacing someone who not only had very strong skills in many technologies, but was also a mentor to other team members. They want to be sure the person who replaces him is also very good. • We interviewed some candidates and aside from having poor technical skills, they also had very poor communication skills. *Requirement * • Excellent communication skills is a must. This is not a sit at your desk with your head down and develop position. This person will be interacting with all team members within my group, plus IT infrastructure, architecture, business, etc. • At least 15 years of total work experience with 5 or more as a lead/senior team member. • At least 5 years of work experience in large companies in the U.S., Japan, or Europe.
