*Hi * *Please lookup the below position and if you feel comfortable ,then please send me your updated resume* * Position : **Systems Admin with Compuware APM Exp. * *Location : **Detroit MI * *Duration : 3+ Months * * Job Description* - Resource will be working as a Compuware Application Performance Management tool administrator to maintain, upgrade, support and enable the use of the Compuware suite of APM tools including DCRUM, Dynatrace, Synthetic Monitoring, Gomez and Server Vantage. This includes end-to-end systems management enablement for critical distributed and web applications, as well as key transactions. Includes supporting and implementing tool integrations (Compuware and non-Compuware monitoring tools) enabling a holistic view of application and infrastructure health. *Top 3 Skills Required* - Systems administration experience with Compuware’s APM tool suite (DCRUM, Dynatrace, Synthetic Monitoring, Gomez, Server Vantage, Transaction Trace). - Application monitoring setup, thresh-hold, alerting and dash-boarding experience with web/distributed applications. - Work experience with non-Compuware tools, in order of importance: Tivoli, Solar Winds, Netscout, SCOM, HP Omi, HP Service Manager. *Required Skills/Experience* - Technical tool ownership and administrative experience with one or more tools within the Compuware Performance Monitoring Suite. - Background in installation, configuration, upgrades, integrations of monitoring tools. - Enterprise Portal and BSM integration experience with enabling non-Compuware tools to be included in the Enterprise Portal for a holistic enterprise monitoring view which may include experience with HP Omi. - Background in best practices, on-boarding, monitoring enablement, setting thresh-holds, creating profiles and scheduling automated monitoring with alerts for critical applications. - Excellent communication skills required - both written and verbal with experience in tool usage documentation, tool upgrade recommendations, creating how-to documentation, tool roll-out and on-boarding, tool governance, metrics creation. *Preferred Skills/Experience* - Non-Compuware monitoring tooling experience such as Tivoli, Solar Winds, Netscout, SCOM, HP Omi, HP Service Manager. - Ability to contribute to strategic direction of tool usage across infrastructure and applications for QA and Production monitoring capability - Knowledge of best practices for application and infrastructure monitoring and experience in enabling Command Center view of application performance. - Ability to present to small groups for the purposes of training, project on-boarding, strategic direction roll-out, etc. - PowerPoint, Visio, Share Point usage a plus. *Educational Requirements * · Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
