Lead Master data requirements meetings and conversations to gather
requirements for various Informatica MDM domains.

•Co-ordinate / work closely with key business and I.T stake
holders to capture , document and articulate functional and system
requirements.

•Strong MDM background with experience in capturing
requirements for atleast one master data functional domain
(Vendor/Product/Customer etc.) , Informatica MDM experience preferred.

•Good understanding of core MDM concepts such as Data
consolidation, master data publishing and data governance.

•Hands-on data analysis skills and familiarity with
profiling and data quality tools.

•Actively Participate in data modelling conversations of
MDM and able to provide requirements traceability to conceptual / logical
data model.

•Exposure and familiarity with architecture patterns of MDM
systems.

•Work closely with QA teams to ensure test coverage for
requirements and document test scenarios to facilitate test plans.

- 7+ years’ demonstrated Business Analyst experience working with a broad
range of applications and functional areas

- Thorough understanding of financial instruments used by the asset
management industry

- Experience with the Asset Management industry and related computer
applications and business procedures

- Experience in requirements gathering, definition , business planning,
data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements
analysis, system design, testing , implementation and change management

- Excellent documentation skills

- Strong technical, problem resolution and analytical skills; able to multi
task and prioritize effectively

- Experience working with cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

- Experience developing requirements and testing of batch and/or real-time
interfaces

- Experience with Meta data management

- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing test scripts
for unit, system, and user testing

Technical Experience:

- SQL (Required)

- Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio (Required)
