Mentor and guide other software developers. Ability to successfully lead other technical resources to complete a project. • Self-directed and capable of performing effectively in a dynamic environment. • Evaluating and increasing the software development effectiveness. • Shown capable of leading, organizing and exciting on web related projects from start to completion Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing object oriented enterprise application, in a J2EE environment (primary role). • Minimum 5 years’ experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS • Minimum 3 years’ experience using a relational database.
