To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. *Additional requirement :* Provide technical solution and leadership to projects and pursuing project opportunities. Take part in reviewing, designing, and trouble-shooting project technical architecture challenges , designs & Code. •Be accountable for the technical integrity of the project architecture/design •Understand the underlying OS internals details ( Memory, Win 32 API , .Net Framework ). •Meet and consult with clients to determine scope and effort of projects •Participate in requirements definition and prototype design •Analyze the existing code and help port 4+ million LOC of code from Win32 platform to win64 platform and implement solutions using the Microsoft .NET Framework developer toolsets, including Visual Studio 2008, 2010, and/or 2013 •Extensive understanding and experience with the different architecture pattern for applications and the Entity Framework •Understanding of unit testing tools and practices •Experience in working at customer place and interaction skills to work with system engineer team or architecture team. •Understand the ATE domain area , also understand end customer sensitive issues and arrive on appropriate solution.
