Job Description:
• Experience around financial planning and/or banking products and
services, preferably with a CCAR, stress testing, capital management or
regulatory reporting background.
• Enthusiasm for learning about CCAR and regulatory capital
requirements and the evolving regulatory landscape in the US.
• A solid analytical mindset: ability to analyze specific
business problems, proposes potential solutions, and participates with
confidence in discussions around the most appropriate recommendation.
• Able to articulate complex ideas and issues for a non-expert
audience.
• Good organizational skills and a process-driven approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical capabilities, diligence with accounts and
numbers
• Supporting the Project/Program Manager in all aspects of
tracking and management
• Defining and collecting project metrics including cost,
time, quality, and risk
• Experience in related functions would be beneficial: Capital
Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk, Treasury, Financial
Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Tax, Product Control, Business Management
