*Role:  PeopleSoft HRMS Succession Planning*

*Location:  Houston, TX (local or someone who can relocate)*

*Duration:  6 months extendable contract*




*JOB REQUIREMENT:*

·         PeopleSoft Functional Consultant experienced in Core HRMS
especially Career & Succession Planning.

·         Additionally experience in Profile Management and Performance
Management preferred.

·         Consultant will gather requirements, design the Succession
Planning process, develop functional specifications, Conduct Testing and
Provide Post implementation Support.

·         Should provide solutions to enhance/improve current
career/succession planning process.

·         Must have 9.1 experience. Experience in 9.2 a bonus.
