   - 10+ years of experience in designing large scale server-side
   enterprise applications using Java/ Open Source/ Big Data and Oracle/Sybase
   Database.
   - Strong Technical and Analytical skills with hands-on development
   experience.
   - Financial domain background.
   - Excellent communication skills.
   - Strong initiative and sense of ownership.
   - Strong desire to learn new technologies.
   - Ability to work in an onshore/offshore based development model.
   - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
