Below is the Complete Requirement *Position :- Unix & Infrastructure exposure - L3 Support Location :- Newark, DE Duration :- 12+ Month* *Technical Skill :-* L3 activities (Investigation, log search, co-ordination) for Critical Mortgage Banking application Triage incidents received from Ticketing tool, e-mails, chat sessions Work with the AD team on triaging issues Automating repetitive tasks Experience in Infrastructure patching activities Knowledge of Active Directory DNS concepts and DR activities Basic knowledge of Clustering and backup technologies Basic Linux or AIX knowledge Knowledge of SQL server and ability to write simple DDL and DML queries Knowledge of storage technologies like NAS would be a plus Tools like File mover, Control-m, Tivoli etc..
