This role is responsible for oversight through the development of standards, policies, architectural patterns, and frameworks. This person will be part of a team that leads requirements analysis, data integration architecture, estimation, standards development/enforcement, and ensure alignment and guide the organization towards strategic goals. *Responsibility* Study, Develop, Implement, and Govern ETL Best Practices & Standards · Analysis, Solution Data Design, and Development Oversight · Coaching and Mentoring · Prototype and Proof of Concept Development · Conduct Design Reviews *Non-Essential Job Functions* Actively Participate in and/or Lead data design sessions · Assist the Software Development Manager with Team building activities – Recruitment, Coaching etc. · Provide status reports · Create/Contribute to project estimates · Accurate and timely time-tracking The architecture team is designed to support the daily operational requirements for Architecture within the hotel group.
