Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) . A thorough understanding of ETL processing, data warehouse methods and underlying data warehouse data models. . Very knowledgeable about Upstream Oil and Gas business, its processes and the operational data that supports the business . Solid research and analysis skills . Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. . Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency . Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc) . Knowledge of data warehousing projects and how major pieces fit together . Minimum of 7-10 years of SQL, data analytics, reporting, and relational database experience . 5 + years writing system requirements . 5 + years in data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts . 5 + years proven experience providing data analysis and profiling services . 5+ years of demonstrable experience providing data analysis expertise contributing towards Master and Reference data management solutions . Excellent SQL coding skills . Excellent analytical and problem solving skills . Strong oral and written communication skills . Excellent team work and collaboration skills . Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL design.
