As you will see from the managers comments below they have to have some
Admin experience too as well as be strong on the development side.  The
manager had additional interviews but those didn’t go well either so right
now he doesn’t’ have anyone.  Do you have anyone that is strong on the
development and admin side within BO?  The other problem is the rate…the
highest I can go is $55 per hour.  Let me know if you can work this or if I
need to send it to another vendor.  The manager will give me immediate
direct feedback on these and they will move very fast.





.  None of the candidates were all that strong.  Below is my completely
subjective scoring after talking to the 3 candidates (just finished the
last call).  Senna was not too bad, but didn’t wow me either.  I’ve got a
couple of additional interviews with candidates from other firms setup
before we make a decision.  If you have anyone else in the works I’d be
happy to speak with them.  One theme that was consistent with each of these
3 candidates was a complete lack of any experience in administering the
BOXI server components.  I’d say the breakdown of work for this position is
85% development, 15% Server Admin.  So far none of the candidates had any
experience with the admin portion.   Let me know if you have any additional
