*Requirements:*
Experience as an MS SQL administrator inclusive of data design/modeling,
monitoring, and performance tuning (6+ years);
Experience with Oracle products and databases inclusive or Oracle Database
Server, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Streams, Oracle Data Guard,
Oracle Grid Control, and Oracle RMAN, OLTP and DSS  (6+ years);
Experience with PL/SQL programming (6+ years);
Experience with Source Code Control System (SCCS) for the management of
internal code changes to Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle objects, and scripts
(6+ years);
Experience with development and maintenance of Perl scripts and UNIX shell
scripts (6+ years);
Experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2008 (6+ years);
Experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions,
triggers, DTS packages, scheduled jobs, and linked servers (6+ years);
Experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP and DSS, serving in high
performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments  (6+ years);
Experience with configuration management (SourceSafe administration) for
SQL database objects (6+ years);
Experience with database design tools including ERWin and ERStuido (6+
years).

*TOP SKILL SET:*
3-5 years analytical experience identifying trends and proposing new or
revised analytical approaches
Strong skills in SAS/SQL, SPSS, R, and other BI Tools (e.g. Business
Objects/Cognos, etc.).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros.)
Data gap and cleansing experience
3-5 Years- strong data mining proficiency/ability to work with extremely
large datasets/warehouses
Ability to extract customer insights from complex data
Proficient marketing and campaign skills
Ability to mentor and coach a diverse team and support team structure

*Predictive Data Modeling Overview:*
Predictive Data Modeling, you will develop cutting edge predictive models
that drive company’s critical campaign and marketing operations. You will
perform data analysis, develop procedures and predictive models, and
present technical information to a broad audience. You will apply
procedures and modeling tools to business data, and develop solutions in
collaboration with other areas of the business.
