The Digital Analytics Specialist will be responsible for the development, maintenance and application of Digital Analytics strategy for company web sites and related properties. The Digital Analytics Specialist will develop processes, documentation and functionality in support of this strategy. *Hiring Requirements*: · Bachelors degree and 5 years experience in digital analytics strategy and execution. · In lieu of a degree, 7 years experience in digital analytics strategy and execution. · 2 years minimum experience using Adobe Analytics / Omniture SiteCatalyst to perform website analysis. · Experience with Google Analytics, Tealeaf, Opinionlab, and/or other industry standard web analytics tools. · PC Skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. *Hiring Preferences*: · Experience with Adobe Analytics Ad Hoc reporting / Discover and ReportBuilder. · Power user of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills. · Bachelors degree with course work in computer science, business, finance, health administration or public health, engineering or technical / quantitative field.. · Familiarity with health care industry is strongly preferred. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret and present quantitative data. · Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary.
