Responsibility: Create and maintain business requirements and functional
specification document

1*.            Skill Requirements*:

         Strong accounting and analytical skills

         Fundamental knowledge of the financial & operational accounting
processes in a retail bank environment

         Financial statement consolidation experience, especially on
intercompany reconciliation/elimination process, rounding, averaging

         HFM system experience

         Inter company reconciliation and elimination experience

         Financial close and consolidated financial reporting experience

         Excellent communication skills (i.e. writing, listening,
presentation) - will be working directly for the Deputy CFO

         Knowledge of IHC, retail banking products, chart of accounts,
accounting systems and flows

         Knowledge and experience in HFM or HFM implementation/testing

         SEC and Regulatory Reporting experience

Willingness to provide 2-3 professional references from previous managers
at other firms.  Willingness to be interviewed by the business end user.



Responsibility: Create and maintain business requirements and functional
specification documents, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Test Scenarios
and Test Scripts.



The ideal candidate is able to:

         Produce clear, concise requirements/specification documents in
short timeframes without undue client assistance – they need to anticipate
what isn’t being thought about and bring those considerations to the table.

         Create workflows and infrastructure diagrams to populate business
requirements and functional specification documents

         Quickly come up to speed on new subject matter areas

         Ask contextual questions to further solicit and specify
requirements

         Understand upstream and downstream impact analysis
