*Job Title : Healthcare Business AnalystLocation : Minneapolis, MNDuration
: 6+Months ContractLooking for Green Card Holders and US Citizens (NO H1B /
OPT)Responsibilities:*
8+ years of BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete
artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping
Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide
suggestions and recommendations.
Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to
requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and
resolve issues.
Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and
healthcare data.
Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to
both project team and business stakeholders.
Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST
Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding
enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development,
data, workflow and/or functionality.
Utilize RSA methodology in performing business systems analysis duties.
Communicate with many levels of the organization, business
stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance,
etc.
Experienced with large data warehouse projects
Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule
MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio
Excellent communication skills – oral & written
Verifiable 5+ year of experience on data warehouse projects
Bachelor degree required in related field
Verifiable 5+ year of Agile experience
Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, Visio

*Preferred Qualification:*
MBA preferred
5+ year healthcare experience
5+ year healthcare data analysis projects experience
