MUST HAVE ADP SMART COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE

Project Scope and Services
Client is converting from PeopleSoft HRMS with Payroll for North America to
Workday HRMS/Payroll.
The Go-Live date is March 2017. A portion of the department devotes all of
its time to the implementation,
which leaves gaps in production work.
Currently managing employment tax payments and reporting in-house.
Effective January 1, 2017, Client will
begin using ADP for employment tax with interfaces from PeopleSoft. When
Workday goes live, MSK will continue with ADP,
at that point via a Workday to ADP connector.

Consultant will assist the Payroll department with PeopleSoft Payroll
production and with ADP Smart Compliance
 functional and technical support, covering as backfill for the vacant
position of Payroll Functional/Technical Analyst.
 Services will include:
•   Run the production year-end PeopleSoft Payroll cycles, and assist the
Payroll Tax Supervisor to ensure all year-end tax withholding and reporting
are accurate;
•   PeopleSoft Payroll year end projects
                     Apply, test and implement year end PS tax updates
(implementation dates mid-November, mid-December)
                     Apply year end load/validation projects, including
Client annual retroactive adjustments (Employer; Additional Credit)
                     Run and validate year end processing as tasks are
assigned
•   Assist with production work that requires PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll
functional/technical analysis and skills, including and not limited to
validation of data loaded to the data warehouse;
•   Assist with the changeover implementation in January 2017 to using ADP
Smart Compliance to report and reconcile tax payments from in-house tax
payments and reporting.
•   Assist with the changeover implementation in March/April 2017 from
using PeopleSoft with ADP Smart Compliance to using Workday with ADP Smart
Compliance.
Work Plan and Milestones
•   PeopleSoft Payroll year end projects
•   Apply, test and implement year end PS tax updates (implementation dates
November 17, possibly again in mid-December)
