*9+ Years of experience. *

*Design and development experience in ADOBE FLEX , Java / J2EE. *

*Excellent knowledge/understanding of  FLEX and Java/J2EE frameworks and
   application designs / architectures using various Java technologies. *

*Excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills are a must. *
   -
*Experience in open source frameworks – Spring 3.x or higher, Apache
   Commons. *
   -
*Experience in data access technologies – JDBC, JPA. *
   -
*Exposure to Pl/SQL and Oracle Database will be a Plus. *
