*Project Manager * Collerville, TN Contract *Job description* Major job duties: • Network order process support, , part system setup and maintenance. • Monitor hardware levels at the RSC and secondary storage locations of the refurbished equipment, trade-in and new inventory for projects. • Enforce standardized processes to be followed by planning and engineering for Trade-in, opening Nexus activities and placing new orders in Nexus. • Liaise with the RSC and planning to stand up new projects or processes. • Manage change management for standardization changes for any process set up at the RSC. • This would include but not be limited to changes in configuration process, changes in IOS process, changes in disposition by model number or any workbench process changes. • Create FDX part numbers for each new piece of equipment to go through the RSC. • This will need to be done in conjunction with the RSC and sourcing. • Place orders in ePro for all equipment needed for each project. • Maintain the Cisco Incentive (trade-in) program by keeping track of all orders and equipment being held for trade-in.
