The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. 1. Strong communication/ leadership skills. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience developing J2EE web-based solutions* *2. Strong hands on experience with J2EE and Spring framework* *3. Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles * *4. Experience designing solution based on SOA principles & architecture* *5. Experience building services using SOAP, REST & POX (plain old XML)* *6. Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle SOA, Oracle OSB, Oracle Portal, Oracle Policy Automation is preferred* *7. Experience using SDLC tools; RRC(Rational Requirements Composure), RTC (Rational Team Concert) & RQM (Rational Quality Manager) is preferred* *8. Excellent interpersonal skills* *9.
