Need Urgently Information Architect & Functional Consultant (Oracle – EAM) *

Duration   :1+ year Contract

Description:
The scope of the project is to design, develop and implement custom Oracle
ERP solution utilizing Oracle 12.1 eBusiness Suite. Provide custom programs
around Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) on Oracle eBS. Responsible
for serving as a key conduit of functional/business and technical
knowledge into the BSC Service Provider teams in troubleshooting/triaging
work tickets, determining required fix or change, implementing and testing
changes, updating required documentation and systems (i.e. Changes Control,
Service Center, Quality Center, ClearQuest/ClearCase, Knowledgebases,
etc), and assisting with estimating potential benefits and technical impacts
of work requests, assisting with estimating work requests and working with
BSC Team Lead to prioritize work requests. The IA team acts as a service
provider to development team in that they provide the functional design in
regards to Oracle E-Business Suite (eBS). One of their main responsibilities
is to identify issues that require resolution from Oracle support, to open
Service Requests and follow up on these service requests in a timely manner.
This includes identifying service requests that require escalation, and
escalating them when necessary.
Lead team responsible for implementing the modules of Accounts Receivable
(AR), Advanced Collections (AC), iReceivables (iR), Trade Management (TM)
and partially for E-Biz Tax (EBT) modules.
Complete Proof-of-Concept sessions to demonstrate functionality of the above
modules to meet business requirements after gathering requirements,
perform fit gap analysis and complete global design phase. Also bring scope
rationalized modules of iR and TM.
Lead local design workshops, assembly and product testing cycles for Europe
to design global solution for multiple operating units in Europe and US that
comply with local statutory, IFRS and US GAAP.
Lead efforts to document functional design of RICE elements with specific
integration points to other Order Fulfillment/Business Planning Modules and
interfaces to legacy billing system.
Manage reports, interfaces, conversions and enhancement documentation with
solutions designed keeping in mind specific business requirements.Lead the
effort to create test scenarios, define test scripts, gather test data,
align resources with testing cycles while logging issues and resolving them
in terms of Oracle SR tracking & RICE objects functional design.
Review and complete various deliverables relating to the project including
those from the Security & Controls- for internal/SOX controls, Change
Management – for roles definition and mapping to responsibilities, Order
Fulfillment and P2P teams.Lead, cross team (with other big 4 implementer),
FDD (functional design documents) meetings and workshops to document, demo
and review design and functional solutions. Manage client expectations,
relationship and day to day interactions.
Support internal company professional development efforts and other
activities internal and client engagement related.
Used ClearCase and ClearQuest version control system.Creation and follow-up
of Service Requests with OracleTesting (including identification of test
conditions and execution of tests

Requirements:
8+ years experience in Information Architecture serving as a key conduit of
functional/business and technical knowledge to identify issues and provide
problem resolution.
The Information Architect must have detailed experience with implementation
or support of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) modules within Oracle
E-Business Suite (eBS).
Thorough understanding of flexfields, profile options, concurrent requests
and responsibilities, as well as detailed knowledge regarding configurations
and transactions for specific modules.
Strong experience utilizing SQL Plus and the ability to create basic scripts
in TOAD.
