Requisition Details:
Responsibilities
   Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and
   weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and
   functions
   Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for
   new technology
   Translates high level business requirements into functional
   specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such
   specifications
   Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication
   between business unit (s) and IT from initial requirements to final
   implementation
   Works with business partners within one business function to align
   technology solutions with business strategies
   Supports several moderately complex business processes
   Assists Project Managers in development of project plans and use
   associated project planning tools as needed
   Assumes the Project Manager responsibilities in preparing and
   facilitating the project plan for smaller projects
   Conducts feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and
   technical viability solutions to business problems
   Coaches less experienced staff

Daily Tasks Performed

The IT Metrics Analyst is needed to assist the HNA Information Security
Office (IS0) with reporting requirements.
The function of this position is to compile, analyze, and report on IT
operational information related to processes within the HNA Information
Security Office. The individual will perform regular data analysis interval
metrics analysis of IT operational processes based on risk, and provide
reports to management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular, and ongoing analysis of IT operational processes and
recommend improvements.
- Report on analysis at various frequencies based on management direction.
- Interface with other departments to collect data for analysis as required.
- Support in other areas as needed.
- Conduct SOX Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generate monthly department metrics that are consumable at all levels
within the organization.
- Coordinate metrics meetings and follow-up with various Information
Security teams
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
The candidate must display the following technical competencies:
-Basic knowledge of business requirements and corporate priorities -Basic
ability to gather/refine complex business requirements,. recommend or make
decisions on business requirements/interdependencies -Basic ability to
develop complex business cases -Basic ability to create impact analysis to
make recommendations
- Basic ability to present and defend complex positions and strategies for
business decisions

Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of work experience in a high paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word).
- Must be detail oriented and able to analyze large volumes of data to
generate metrics reports.
- Must be able to create quality presentations.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to
explain technical, complex information in simple terms for all to
understand.
- Must be able to work independently without supervision.
- Must understand the metrics for Information Security Systems.

Business Experience
4 to 6 years of relevant technical or business work experience
