*Job Overview:*
- Large project for 2017-2018 and looking for Sr TDM to solely lead the
project: rewrite/redesign of warehouses. Resource will have to have strong
tech background to focus on this effort.
- Resource will be in charge of designing how to do a transactional load
into data warehouse.
- *Resource has to have*
1. *Hands on Facets experience: application tables (over 2000), SMR
/GMR files, FEP*
2. *Informatica (6-8 years of development and design) , *
3. *Hands on exp with Oracle, SQL Server, ETL development, data
modeling*
4. *Large scale deployment experience (min $10-$20 mln deployment
projects). This will be a $30-$40 million program over 5 year
span. Started
last year.*
- *Hands on experience with all these is MUST: Oracle, sql server, data
modeling, Trizetto facets, NASCO, FEP, etl development. *
- Resource will have to have strong comm. Skills; will work with
executives and C/VP-level management
- Will present weekly to management and quarterly to upper management.
- Currently there is a Team of 10-12 to start, planning to grow to close
to 20 ppl by 2018.
- Will have PM to do daily PM tasks, status reports/ schedules/etc, this
resource will NOT be doing any admin project management tasks
- This role will solely be in charge of figuring out tech designs,
prototyping designs, proving and approving design solutions.
- New technology-oracle x data, push down optimization with Informatica,
variety of security- data classifications, ossification, masking.
- Need them to start ASAP.
- 100% on site, no remote.
- Will need to go to canton office every 1 to 2 weeks.
- Duration –initially 6 months then will decide next steps. Could be
long term contract or even perm.
