*Job title: **Service Virtualization QA Lead*


* Location:Charlotte, NC Duration:6 Months *
*Job Description:*
Opening for a Service Virtualization and QA-as-a-service Lead. A successful
candidate will have a background in automating testing, test data &
virtualizing services. The candidate should have experience working with
service virtualization and test data-as-a-service as well as building
QA-as-a-platform, which will be consumed by Agile Scrum development squads.

*Responsibilities:*
• Define, design and begin implementing the service virtualization strategy.
• Understand our testing strategy and help us define our data-as-a-service.
• Help squads, architects, and release automation leads better develop and
test RESTful APIs.

*Must have Technical Requirements / Qualifications:*
• Years of experience in service virtualization.
• Years of software testing with a focus on test automation experience.
• Min. 2 years of development experience.
• Experience with Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with CA Lisa, Parasoft or other service virtualization
software.
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, BDD, TDD.
• Experience with RESTful APIs or other web services.
• Should have the ability to develop service virtualization scripts from
scratch, modify scripts and execute them.
• Should have experience in virtualization of web services, messaging
systems, etc.
• Should have experience in virtualization of mainframe, DB2, Web, and Web
services.
• Strong experience in Jmeter and SOAPUI for Web services testing.
• Should have experience working with financial institutions like
Multi-national Bank, etc.
• Should have good understanding of core Java and ability to write
automation code for functional test automation using Selenium.
• Should have experience in implementing design patterns in automation
framework.
• Should have strong experience in writing complex SQL Queries and Stored
procs for testing.
• Should have knowledge on continuous integration and tools like Jenkins or
Bamboo.
• Should have strong communication and leadership abilities to work with
multiple teams globally.
• Should have good experience in Agile delivery models.
• Desire to learn new tools, skills & technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great consulting presence & conform in front of clients. Needs to come
off as an “expert”.
• “A” player this is a fast moving high profile role.

*Desirable Skills:*
• Cloud experience.
• Infrastructure automation experience.
• Development experience.
• Hashicorp tool experience: Vagrant, Terraform, Packer…etc.
