Description:



*Responsibilities:*
-Implementing and maintaining different existing document management
applications as these applications are expanded to accommodate the business
needs
-Developing roadmaps that implement components of the existing application
architecture
-Assisting project teams with new component implementation
-Identifying gaps in existing implementation and resolving issues as
required
-Conducting proof-of-concept exercises for add-on functionalities to the
existing systems
-Providing consulting services to individual projects regarding application
architecture and development
-Continuously improving the existing Document Management Applications and
Processes
-Create detailed designs and interaction designs as needed
-Conduct user research as needed
-Collaborate closely with architects and developers
-Sets priorities and ensure task completion on multiple concurrent projects

*Required:*

* 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET Framework • Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or related Engineering field with relevant experience;
advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in Large
Scale Information Systems development and deployment • 5+ years of
experience in the lead role • 5+ years experience working in user
experience, usability and/or user assistance • 5+ years experience working
closely with developers implementing the functionalities based on
high-level design • 5+ years experience creating detailed design documents
based on the high-level design document • Experience with N-tier

*Position Overview*

This position has design, development and maintenance responsibility for
the software programs and processes associated with our core business
environments. Specifically this role will initially focus on the data
acquisition, service layer, and reporting needs around ESG (Environmental,
Social, and Governance). The position provides exposure to many business
units in a dynamic investment management firm. The role requires some
direct interaction with end users and excellent analytical and
communication skills.

*Responsibilities*

   - Work on an engineering team to design and develop applications to
   support the business units
   - Build C# based solutions to support our business units. Most solutions
   likely to involve RESTful based services.
   - Build integration solutions leveraging SSIS for batch integration and
   IBM MQ / .NET (C#) for real-time based integration
   - Build reporting solutions leveraging SSRS and .NET
   - Work collaboratively within IT and various business units across the
   firm
   - Maintain, enhance, and develop new stored procedures within MS SQL
   Server
   - Design and support reports and reporting processes

*Qualifications*
