1. Knowledge and Experience in any of the Contact Center technologies like
Genesys, Cisco, Avaya etc.

2. Knowledge on Contact Center and Unified Communication architecture
models and terminology.



*Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)*

1. Effectively understand and document technical information clearly and
concisely in “System Architect” application.

2. Good written/oral communication skills.



*Desired years of experience:  *

6+ years



*Education/ Certifications (Required): *

Bachelors Degree



*Top 3 responsibilities: *

1. Technical blueprints and architecture diagrams in ppt, word, visio
format to be moved to “System Architect” app

2. Update / modify architecture diagrams for PBX project and create new
documents – will have to work closely with the client architects 3.
Coordinate with offshore to complete the deliverables.

Yes
