We are *urgently* looking for an Agile coach with* experience in executing
Infrastructure projects in Agile mode*. Location is Spring (Houston, TX).

*Job Description*
We are looking for an Agile Team Coach to work with the Foundation
Infrastructure Service Delivery Management (FI SDM) team to both learn/use
Agile approaches and participate in assisting FI teams who are trying to
become Agile. This individual would be expected to become an embedded team
coach within FI SDM and may also contribute (or have a role) for a number
of squads. Though the scope of each coaching engagement varies (project vs.
base support, training vs. consulting, etc.), the coach would be guided by
the EMIT Applications DevOps/Agile team, and a coach would be expected to:
1. Spend time with the team / team leadership to understand their
needs, problems, and wants
2. Devise a strategy (consistent with ExxonMobil Recommendations) to
help transform the team to Agile or enhance the team's performance
3. Train the team on Agile concepts
4. Help the team set up tooling to track their work
5. Support the team as they go through their Agile transformation
6. For all of the above, early in the activities/process, also mentor
FI SDM team members in developing their understanding and capability in
Agile coaching.
*Job Requirements*
5+ Years Agile Team Coaching Experience
3+ Years Experience participating on an Agile Team
Knowledge of and Experience utilizing Agile within a project
· Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project
· Knowledge of Agile Project Controls
Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation
· User Stories and Requirements Gathering
· Estimation of User Stories
· Prioritization
· Product Owners
· Agile Metrics
· Team Kick-Off
Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum
Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban
Experience with Team Foundation Server for Agile Work Planning
Knowledge and experience with Agile Technical Software Practices
· TDD
· Automated Testing
· CI/CD
· Paired Programming / Mob Programming
