*Job Description:*
v At least 8+ years in Information Technology / Life Sciences field.
v Experience with Pilgrim Software, which is a product specific to Life
Sciences Quality industry.
v Good knowledge to configure the Pilgrim system to meet requirements of
the customer including report writing
v Act as the focal point for project communications to ensure success of
the project
v Analyze requirements to recommend approaches for building quality
business processes using Pilgrim tool
v Provide consulting services to the assigned projects as required
including product technical consulting, integration/migration strategy,
business process re-engineering, engineering analysis, customization
requirements, product installation, data conversion requirements, product
validation and custom report analysis
v Experience with Complaint Handling, CAPA, Audits,
Deviations/Investigations implementation (At least two implementations)
v Trend and impact analysis to recommend remediation/improvements based on
their implications on IT maintenance and business use.
v Experience with ITIL philosophy and SDLC methodologies.
v Good understanding of business concepts and experience as a developer in
a regulated environment.
v Prior experience of working in a large scale support and maintenance
environment.
v Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and
interpersonal skills.
v Understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) including ISO 9000,
cGMP and FDA Regulations
v Familiarity with Clinical, Pharma & Regulatory compliance domain would
be a plus point.
v Ability to understand domain and provide value additions or improvements.
*Roles and responsibilities:*
v Work with business users to understand the issues and business processes
v Address technical issues whenever required.
v Review and test the deliverables before handing to clients.
v Provide regular updates to the customer on the ongoing work.
v Provide technical solutions to the problems/enhancements.
v Client management and coordination with various stakeholder teams in the
project
