I hope all is well! I just received a new requirement and was hoping you
would have a few consultants available who would be a good fit. I have
included the position details below. Please let me know if you have anyone

Project Manager with Windows upgrade
Houston, TX (NEED LOCAL)
6+ Months
Requirements:
Project to migrate existing Windows XP devices to Windows 7
Project Management Professional who has more than 7 years of Project
Management experience and extensive experience managing PC operating system
migration projects of a large scale.
Vendor will provide consultant’s laptop
Any documentation regarding this project and deliverable will be saved to
the specified SharePoint location on a daily basis. At no time will
working documents be stored overnight and the weekends on the consultant’s
local machine. All documentation is to be electronic.
Assistance with preparing all required details to support the purchasing
process resulting in approved purchase orders for relevant software and
hardware.
Ensure project efforts included in the below scope of work are completed by
MM/DD/CCYY.
Perform Scope Management through the use of Project Change Orders.
Ensure delivery of all project deliverables as outlined in the HISD COBIT
4.1, SDLC, Project and Gate processes. Refer to Appendix A for a list of
the high level deliverables. Creation and delivery of any related HISD
Board Meeting documentation, consisting of high level Implement scope and
budget components.
Participate as PMO team member reporting to the Director of the PMO or
their designee.
Usage of Microsoft Project with integration to enterprise PPM solution when
available.
Update of project timesheet weekly, when available.
Ensure project resources update project timesheet data, when available.
