3-5 years of recent experience performing Oracle Database Administration
for a medium to large database or application with 200+ users.

Professional Experience in the development, design, and analysis of Oracle
databases, including capacity planning, authoring and maintaining stored
procedures, triggers and indexes.
Working knowledge of current industry best practices during design, such as
NIEM naming standards, logical database normalization to 3rd normal form,
dimensional design, web services, client-server environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate at all levels of
the organization.
